Two years after the violent events that rocked his small town, Shelby Conners (Shiloh Fernandez) tries to rebuild his life working legitimate jobs to provide for his daughter. Haunted by the people he crossed—and the blood on his hands—Shelby struggles to stay clean. But the past refuses to stay buried.

When a vicious new enforcer, Ray “The Butcher” Carillo (Oscar Isaac), arrives in town to reclaim the mob’s missing money and punish those responsible, Shelby finds himself dragged back into a war he can’t escape. The Butcher operates with chilling precision, leaving behind a trail of bodies and silent witnesses too terrified to speak.
